The School Age HybriD Program is for families who need child care on the days their children are scheduled for virtual learning.

The program will facilitate the children’s online learning while following all NYS COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY childcare guidelines.

Children registered will alternately attend 2 then 3 days per week based on their cohort schedule. This consistency is necessary in order to organize student and teacher ‘pods’.

(The program will NOT be a drop-in, corporate model)

Please note that filling out this form does not assure that your child has a spot in the program. Spaces will be given to existing Pine Grove families first and then it will be first come first serve for families that are new to us.
